This thesis aims to deepen the potential and limitations of 3D-printing of ceramics with AM Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology through a research phase and a subsequent design one. The project focuses on designing guidelines and related sample tool test to highlight how it is necessary to optimise the geometries to be produced with a Design for methodology to try to prevent potential issues in both the printing and post-processing phases right from the design.
