Combo. Multisensory collaborative game that encourages social interaction between children with intellectual disabilities and peers.
The design purpose was to explore how much a designed multisensory can stimulate a child with intellectual disability at a cognitive level, positively influencing their development. In fact, designing a multisensory environment, suited to the difficulties and learning and socialization needs of a child with intellectual disability, can help him grow.
The project, Combo, is a multisensory collaborative game that encourages social interaction between children with disabilities and peers. It is designed to allow children with various dysfunctions to be able to play without difficulty and, at the same time, to be able to improve in areas such as social interaction, communication, fine motor skills and motor coordination.
